To Do List for the Trip

 

Fundraising Info:

 

$2,650.00 at this point this is the cost, We are using Copa Air because they’re the most reasonable. In the cost will be the internal flight from Santa Cruz to Cochabamba, Three day lay over at the UBB Mission Home continental breakfast and bored. Then we take a Mini Bus from Cochabamba to Chapare through the mountains into the jungle. Our Hotel will be waiting for us. Our general work day will start with a morning breakfast at 7:30am and a Devotional before we go to the work sight and start at 8am to 4pm lunch will be brought and served by individual volunteers from churches at mid day.  After we have gone back to the hotel and cleaned up we will have supper at local restaurant at approximately 6pm. The local churches have plans for us in the evenings. I encourage you to do different fundraising. God will bless your hard work.

 

 

 

Your Carry On: Need 6 socks, 6 undercloathing, 3 t-shirts, 2 sport shirts, 1 dress shirt, 4 shorts, 2 long pants jeans or something light so you won't get hot. All this has to go into a small carry on suitcase 22 pounds. Also you could have a small backpack that you can carry with you, your Bible, passport, camera exedra no liquids at all on the to carry bags. Your Toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, shaver, Exedra need to be put in to a ziplock bag and will go into one of the duffle bags. You can take a pair of running shoes or sandals and a work shoe or boots also will go into the duffle bags.

 

Thank you for those who sent their $250 dollar nonrefundable diposit: The $2680 can be paid in two separate increments of $1,340 and the last payment to be made two weeks before the mission trip.
